Family Support Worker
Develop a unique one on one relationship with a family. As an additional support person to a family, you will work to help create and bring to life the families’ personalized care plan.
This could include activities with siblings, bedside visits with the patient, light housekeeping and meal prep.
Work from home to thank donors, survey families and perform other computer-based tasks.
Host a bake sale, set up a lemonade stand or do a Facebook fundraiser to support the mission of Reviv.
Help us meet our fundraising goals by volunteering to help plan and manage our annual ball and other events hosted by Reviv.

My name is Mike Slemons, I currently work for Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine as the Managing Director of Outreach Sports Medicine. I have had the opportunity to work in this field for the past 35 years, all in the wonderful city of Cincinnati, serving the athletes, parents, and coaches at our local high schools and colleges.
My wife Dawn and I reside in Anderson Township, with our two children. Our daughter Jordan has recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Health and Exercise Science and our son Grayson is attending the University of Cincinnati Lindner School of Business, majoring in business and finance.
Reviv is tremendously important to me as there is nothing more precious than a child. The opportunity to make an impact on a family in the time of need by walking alongside them and providing timely support is my passion. We have a TEAM at reviv that wants to be here to soften the journey.

Hi! I’m Maria. I am the Founder and CEO of Reviv. I am blessed to have an awesomely supportive husband, Rod, and be the mom to 9 kiddos (7 living).
After a few semesters at St. Louis University, I decided I wanted to be a hairstylist, and graduated from Cosmetology School in 2009. My career was short, but I LOVED every minute of it and still enjoy scrolling through Insta to watch videos of well-known artists in the field.
My experience working with families led me to become a Certified Grief Companion in 2019. Combined with my personal experience with Vivi, this gives me a unique skillset to accompany families through their entire grief process.
Thank you for allowing Reviv to be a part of your journey. It is an honor to support your family. ❤️
