Help with Food & Gas During Medical Travel
Bedside Hospital Support
Your Family Support Worker can be additional support to your child at the hospital to provide moments of bedside support for your family.
Home Support
Your Family Support Worker can provide home support visits to help with meal planning, appointment scheduling, light housework, or other needs identified in your support plan.
Bereavement Support
You are not alone in any step of your journey with your child. Our entire team and Family Support Workers are specially trained to walk with you as you navigate all stages of grief and bereavement.
Step Two
Our staff contacts the family to discuss their needs and create a customized support plan.

Effective through August 1, Reviv will not be receiving new family referrals so we are able to give our current families the best care and support we are capable of. The Reviv Room is open and we welcome you to visit! July 17 families are invited to attend Gold Star's All-Star Family Day to benefit Reviv. If you are interested in registering for this, please email allie@revivfamilysupport.org. Thank you for understanding, grace, and patience as we grow to best support families.
